I wanted a plastic turner since my silicone turners don’t get underneath things in the skillet as well as I’d like. My older plastic turner does well, but I needed another one. They are very hard to find. I got this one hoping it would be similar to my other one. But it is a shiny black, making it look cheap and it is VERY narrow.

I like the sturdiness and easy to clean surface. Wish it would have some give when cooking, but overall, it is great for sautéing and breakfast preparation.

Overall a nice spatula. Blade is stiff enough to work but still a bit flexible, handle comfortable and the right length for me. The angle between blade and handle is too much; it's about 45 degrees. My other spatulas are around 20 degrees. The result is I have to hold my elbow up higher than I am used to when I use it. Otherwise it's fine. This would be a good piece of information for sellers to include in their specs.
