- Handcrafted from high grade stainless steel. Each piece was handcrafted from all stainless steel #304 or 18/8 (no plastic components, no coating, no aluminum)
- Safe. The stainless steel divided plates met the safety requirements of CPSIA, FDA GRAS, Europe EN 14372:2004, and CM/Res (2013) 9 on metals and alloys used in food contact materials and articles.
- Nontoxic. Samples of the divided plates were checked for chemical migration. Please see additional note below.
- Hygienic. The stainless steel divided plates are easy to clean. Grease and oil wash off easily. Unlike plastic/bamboo/rubber/wooden plates, these pieces do not retain odor.
- Durable. Each piece will survive bumps and drops.
- Stable but not overly heavy. The divided plates are thick and do not slide easily. They are sturdy but not overly heavy for children to handle.
- Dishwasher-safe.

These are great! Have not experienced any issues with rust and have been using them for the last 8-12 weeks so far.

In an effort to reduce our plastic use, I ordered these for my 4 and 2 year old. They’ve held up really well, and they’re a great size for lunches. They were pretty pricy compared to other stainless steel plates.
