This was delivered and it was completely melted. Now that I’m melting it, it’s not melting as it should and it completely messed up my plans.

The chocolate is good but the bag says it is fountain ready so no need for oil. The wafers are tiny so it does melt fast but I just put it in the fountain since it said no oil needed. I wish I hadn’t listened. The chocolate was not flowing as it should. The chocolate was a bit too thick for it.

I've ordered this three times, I use it also for back up smaller chocolate chips in cookies. The second time I ordered this was in the summer. It arrived almost in a solid squishy block of chocolate, unusable for what I needed it, Amazon sent a replacement that was not melted. Thank you. I think it wise to order this in the winter , summer is brutal on chocolate. It has a really nice flavor, and no weird after taste. You can also use it as drizzle or in the chocolate fountain

It melts easily and evenly. It tastes great, no waxy flavor. It stays melted long enough to get your dipping done without reheating. It also has a great chocolate snap after it hardens.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this chocolate since it was so expensive but everything worked out amazing! The taste is almost like an Easter bunny but my guests had no complaints. Especially when dipping already delectable items. We followed the direction of melting the chocolate in intervals of 30 seconds and stirring. Once the chocolate was completely melted we transferred it over to the fountain and voila! We have a nice Sephra fountain and 1 bag was barely enough. I would recommend buying 2 bags to achieve a beautiful curtain effect. Overall great purchase and would buy again.

Got these for a chocolate fountain for my wedding reception. We heated the chocolate over the stove to get it all melty then transferred it to the fountain which kept it warm for our party. We had to add a little oil to it to keep it smooth, but this was NOT a big deal in the grand scheme of things.Chocolate tasted AMAZING and was a HIT with adults and kids. We put out fruit and pound cake to be dipped with skewers and it was all everyone talked about for the night.Cleanup was a bit of a challenge since we weren't "prompt" about rinsing out our fountain after turning it off. I will admit that was MY fault... not the chocolates or the fountains fault. The chocolate came off just fine with hot water and a little elbow grease and it probably would have been easier if I cleaned up right away. There were a few oil stains on the table cloth where chocolate dripped onto it from the chocolate /oil combination. The stains came out with a bit of Dawn dish soap and some attention before I put the table cloth through the washing machine again.I was able to keep the chocolate fountain and will be ordering this chocolate again to use in the fountain for our next event.

I was skeptical about buying one of these bulk bags, because some bulk melt-able chocolate tastes downright gross. If I am wanting to dip things in chocolate, I want it to actually taste like chocolate! I also liked that this was a milk chocolate formula, since that is my husband's favorite.I used about half of the bag specifically for making chocolate covered nut-stuffed dates. I took the recommendation of other websites and put a cookie sheet in the refrigerator for roughly 2 hours. It was EXTREMELY easy to melt this chocolate in the microwave. I did follow the directions, which is very, very important for melting chocolate - I can't stand the taste (or smell) of burnt chocolate. But even following instructions on other bags and using half power on the microwave, you still sometimes get a less than desirable result. Not the case with this bag! Melted quickly (didn't require too much patience) and was extremely easy to work with. I stir in between each time segment - I find this is better. Since it was not fondue, I did leave it a tiny bit thicker coming out of the microwave so that it would not drip off. After dipping a date in the chocolate, I placed it on the chilled cookie sheet to accelerate rapid hardening of the chocolate. It was great! Every single one turned out perfectly. And the taste was absolutely divine! I mentioned my hubby is a milk chocolate lover - well he is also a bit of a milk chocolate snob. He loves the UK Cadbury, hates Hershey's chocolate. But he also LOVED this chocolate, so that's saying a LOT.A little of this chocolate also went a long way. I still have half the bag if we ever want to do a fruit fondue or anything. I am really glad I listened to the other reviewers and went with this one!
