This item has a fine thread pattern different different from the standard water hose pattern will not attach to a water hose

The Plastic T-Valve that came with my Tushy bidet started intermittently leaking from the connection point with the toilet line. On the safe side, I replaced both the plastic t-valve with this one and the toilet line. No leaks, peace in mind now.

Can't find what I need at local stores for my bidet bought during Covid. Finally, found this one on Amazon after carefully checking all dimensions. It fits nicely and there's no water leak so far. Still too early to tell.
