the hook broke while taking it out of the packaging, their customer service was great but we still returned the items.

It is a really cute decoration. It isn't heavy enough to hold any weight. I had a devil if a time trying to screw out the battery door.It was like the they were glued in. I had to dig out one screw just to get to the top.

They will not hold a full stocking. They are beautiful and hold an empty stocking. If they were another inch deeper or heavier, I would give them 5 stars.

I was worried they wouldn't hold our stockings, but they are hanging on just fine so far! My only wish is that there was a timer function, so I didn't have to manually turn them on and off every time I want them lit.

These stocking holders are very cute but so light weight that a filled stocking pulls them off the shelf. Very disappointing.
