Two of the mounting tabs were very bent and 3 of the 4 holes do not line up. I will have to drill them out or somehow make them wider for this to be usable. Not able to screw the screws back in as it currently is.

Company very responsive. I have bought replacement screens before from them and they pack it well, but it is a fragile item. They are very helpful if the screen comes damaged to replace if needed. Great value for the cost.

This is the screen replacement on the Dell 3100, 3180, and others. Save a grip of cash by replacing this yourself instead of turning it into school for repair. They'll charge more than the chromebook costs retail as this is what Dell charges them to fix it. Thanks Dell. No need to remind me why I'm no longer your customer with business practices like this.Replacing the screen takes about 30 minutes on your kitchen table if you take your time. A handful of small screws and a couple cables. A couple basic tools are needed, along with a youtube video to walk you through step by step. It's pretty simple all in all, even for someone non-computer savvy.
