Review is based on overall experience from order, to delivery and fit and finish of the product. My slow delivery may just be a one off but it still impacted my experience.Con:1. Slow Shipping. I was sent 3 delivery dates. The deadline was missed twice with no product delivered . I guess the 3rd was the charm.2. Not a snug fit in the hitch. Rattles a bit but was able to fix it by scribing a shim out of foam.Pro:1. Genuine Mopar Part.2. Easy install.3. Looks great.Conclusion:Not a bad purchaseIf it weren't for the fit and slow delivery, I would have given it 5 stars. If you're not in a hurry to get the part if delivery is delayed, its worth it.I would purchase it again.

2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee trailer light connection perfect fit the OEM hitch bumper hitch. When in the hitch perfectly and the wire in the back from the factory. Connected rate in to the back. But in order to activate the factory wire for the trailer trailer lights you need to go to the dealership unless you know somebody that can program them. To turn the lights on.
