This electronic ballast was a great replacement for the one in my kitchen fixture that uses two T12 bulbs. Installation was straightforward and the unit works perfectly!Great deal!

For years, an 8-foot set of tubes had been working intermittently, until the fixture finally gave up the ghost.Upon coming across this, I decided it was time to finally get that fixture working again. And this did the trick! It is small enough to easily fit in the space allotted for the ballast. And, being electronic, there is no need for the starters that older ballasts use.My fixture is working perfectly again, for the first time in years. I had forgotten how much brighter the garage is when the proper lights are turned on, rather than just using the lights on the garage door openers.Definitely worth the money!

My home was built in 1995 which is when they installed this ballast that went dead on me just a couple days ago. Got this one to replace it and now the light works. The wight difference between this one and the OG was big. All wires matched and installed with wing nuts. All installation holes matched up. Using with a T8 LED 4' bulb (2x).

After years of living with a noisy ballast that powered two 8 ft long flourescent tubes, it finally died. Tested the bulbs on another light fixture and they were working fine. It was the ballast which was probably made in the late 60's-70's. I watched several Youtube videos on replacing the ballast with a more modern one and knew there maybe an extra set of yellow wires on the new one I had to sort out. I found a few videos that explained the new wiring diagram and that I'd need 2 sets of wires connected to each yellow wire to connect the tomstone on one end. They had to fit in a very specific way. It worked. The lights came on and the new ballast is very quiet. This fixture is daisychained inbetween 2 other fixtures giving us about 20 ft of light. And the new wiring worked for this. Just make sure to turn off the breakers for safety. This new ballast is also half the size and about 1/3 of the weight of the old one. Great product. Great value for the price listed. Helped me save at least $200 in paying an electrician for the repair.

Installed in a 30 yo light whose ballast was broken and I now have a working garage light again. Decent price, excellent quality. Minimal noise. Functions as it should. Wiring was straight forward.
