Before I received these flexible spouts, I had a hard time pouring the last quart of gas into the car's tank. It always spilled a little gas that would damage the car's paint. Now, with the flexible spouts, this problem is solved. Very pleased with the result. No more spills.

These suck. They push into gas can and leak. Don't waste you money or time.

These replacement spouts work well but still seem to leak just slightly. This could be possibly an issue with the age of my diesel fuel cans. The reason I am doubtful of that is the last set of replacement spouts I used seated fine and did not leak. What I like about this set is that it comes with double the number of spout nuts relative to spouts (6 spouts and 12 nuts)The nuts are usually what break or crack due to expose and heat, so being able to replace just that part instead of having to replace the whole spout set is a plus. It also comes with a drill bit so that you can create and install the vent cap. Be sure to install a rubber washer between the vent cap and the can before installing the vent cap. And it also comes with the what looking covers that have threads. I used those to cover the end of the spout. Now for the reasons I only gave 4 stars: no instructions. While everything is pretty much straight forward there is a bit of guesswork involved. Also, the little covers with the ring that is supposed to fit over the neck and screw onto the end of the spout do not fit. And I was finally able to wrestle one on with quite a bit of work, and then it was so tight you could not screw it down. So those are pretty much useless. While the spout is flexible, it is very difficult to use the spout on a five gallon diesel can with my skid steer fuel tank. My fuel tank is a top fill and that makes it tricky to get is tarted without diesel going everywhere. On the first attempt I spilled some fuel which is never good considering I do clearing and forestry work. On the second can I was able to bend the nozzle and get it into the tank and get started. I will probably get an oversized funnel to set up and fuel with. But just something else to carry around. I did not try these fueling a vehicle or anything that fuels with a side entry so it may work better under those circumstances. But over all I will use this with a bit of car.

I like to drive away from the city and go camping. In order to telieve the pressure of refueling the vehicle, I bought a spare fuel tank, but it was very difficult for me to fill the vehicle with gasoline. So,I hought these bendable extension tubes, which solved by troubles very well, and the sealing is very good and will not leak. The seller equipped 8 extension tubes and matching sealing caps, so that they can also be used for refueling my lawn mower and my other diesel pickup truck.

I have different gas cans for mowers, chain saw, and other yard equipment. It is frustrating to have to use the supplied "safety, child-safe, self closing, locking" fuel spout, especially with larger and heavier gas cans. The package includes enough variety to fit most gas cans with a screw on spout outlet measuring one and a half inches in diameter. The fine and coarse caps have different heights to accomodate the number of threads and best fit against the spout's gasket. I was able to fit 3 of my gas cans with this kit. Wouldn't work with a 2.5 gallon can due to 2 inch opening. Wouldn't work with my improvised 2 cycle gas jug (empty windshield wiper fluid pastic jug) that has it's own after market spout. Fit's "most" gas cans as described, as long as the opening is 1 1/2 inches. Didn't use the drill bit, not needed in my applications.

I live in a very rural area and we have to be self reliant. Stuff breaks and power goes out all the time. We need to run generators and lawn equipment, so we have a plethora of gas containers. Eventually the caps get lost and the spouts wear out and break. This assortment of parts immediately came in handy. The parts have been a good fit on all the cans we have tried so far. Now all our various gas cans are sealed and good as new. We haven't experienced any leaking around the fittings either. And the price is worth every penny, and we have pieces left over and will be ready next time something breaks or gets misplaced. Highly recommended

The drill bit is too big, vent cap is loose

For the money this is a great value. You get 6 spouts, 6 spout caps (all of mine screwed on tight), 6 vents, 6 fine thread spout nuts, and 6 coarse thread spout nuts. It also came with the appropriate sized drill bit for the vent holes. You could certainly convert 6 of the incredibly obnoxious "eco-cans" with this, but it's equally handy for repairing and refurbishing existing good gas cans that might be missing a piece. For example, I replaced the spout on one of mine because the cap has been missing for ages. Now I can actually fill it up without worrying that it's gonna slop out in the back of the truck when I'm driving.Overall, the amount gas these save from not spilling, the amount of hassle they prevent, and the number of repaired gas cans they kept out of the landfill has more than made the price worth it. For less than $15 I don't think it's possible to go wrong here. I've definitely gotten my moneys worth, and I still have several complete sets left over. Would definitely buy again.
