I’ve had this amazing radio for a few weeks now! And MY GOSH! is this the best purchase I’ve made for my truck. It fits perfectly, It took my truck from a low-tech-truck to many-years-ahead of today. It looks so sexy on my dash, the best part imo are the hard-buttons for climate controls and my speaker sound better than they did with the factory radio.I kept all of my factory functions like backup camera and audio steering wheel controls, it also has onscreen vehicle control settings just like my stock radio did and I did not have to buy anything else, it’s all included. The screen is super crisp and very easy to use, CarPlay works very seamlessly and with one push of a button my wife’s Samsung phone connects to Android Auto.Please make sure to call them if you have any issues or concerns regarding installation and or features/functions. Unlike anyone else selling these radios their tech support representative victor is very knowledgeable and willing to help, most important they’re available at all times, they include a phone number in the package. I had performed a factory reset after I got stuck (because I didn’t know what I was doing) and had turned my screen sideways. A simple software download through the USB input got my screen back in the right orientation. I will also be adding a SIM card next…If you’re looking to get your moneys worth, this is the unit for you. They provide for great quality, service and warranty. Look no further. …

I have one of these installed in my Laramie that original had the 8.4 screen. This is a great easy upgrade. Just make sure to follow the instructions. There is videos youtube how to install these. Some people leave bad feedback because they couldn't properly install these. So watch out for those, not representing the actual system. Looks high-end in the truck for sure

This is the best and easiest installation I have done. The issues I had were small with the installation. The service from the vendor was very timely and responsive. I would buy this again.

This radio unit looks slightly better than other similar large screen Ram radio upgrades and has better connections. It is easier to connect an amplifier or more exterior cameras to it.The manufacturer also provides outstanding customer service. There was a software bug after I installed the unit but I called the customer service number on the flyer included in the box my radio came in and resolved said bug within minutes under the help of Victor.Overall I am satisfied with this product.

This product is an exceptionally large & well design car radio that has a large 13in touchscreen with many great features that is compatible with new body style Dodge Ram 1500/2500/3500/4500, for the years 2019-2022. You will need to replace the existing or stick radio to have this radio take its place, this radio came with a lot of harnesses & wires so I had a shop install the radio & it came out beautifully with everything working excellent except we couldn’t get the A/C to function using the touchscreen. I contacted the seller & they gave me a # to call to hopefully get this issue resolved. Other than that the car radio is impressively large with its Tesla style radio that practically takes over the console & has many great features & an impressive internal storage capacity of8GB RAM + 128GB ROM & is engineered to run on fast networks with built-in WiFi & 4G LTE connectivity. If/when connected you can use online services & websites like Google, Facebook, YouTube, Netflix, you can download various apps from the pre-installed playstore app while also being able to make phone calls, use voice assistant, messaging system & the radio is compatible with both Android Auto & Apple CarPlay. Also on the radio included are 3 USB ports, an HDMI in/output, 2 auxiliary ports, it features touchscreen climate controls, 3 camera inputs & has Bluetooth connectivity all while being operated by the Android 11 operating system & also Snapdragon 6125. The price listed for this car radio is high priced but you get what you pay for with this massive 13in screen, large computer memory, touchscreen features & improved sound with built-in DSP low/high pass filter.
