CILI's Back Lumbar Support Pillow is an excellent addition to any chair (or couch!) It really well designed to help support my lower back. As described, there are a trio of different options for each feature. On the connected remote, you can choose from three massage features, three heat levels, and three timer selections. What sets this apart from other massage pillows is the timer option. You have the option to keep it on longer if you want, up to 90 minutes. As for the heat options, the highest one gets really warm - warmer than expected - so that feature works great as well.The pillow itself is lightweight, so you an easily transport it from chair to chair. It also has an elastic strap to help fasten it around a chair. Even if you didn't choose to use any of the features, it's a great lumbar support pillow on its own.

Unless you have an office chair that allows you to adjust the depth of your seat, you won't be able to use it at your desk without scooting forward a considerable amount. My seat doesn't adjust, but I do have a sturdy foot rest under my desk, so I was able to make do. The massage is vibration only, so not as effective on bad knots as a shiatsu-type massager, but soothing nonetheless. The heat function is amazing! It gets hot almost immediately and the vibration does seem to assist in kind of working it into the muscles. Think of it as a really comfy heating pad that contours to your lower back perfectly. It's not something I can keep in my work chair all the time, but I am keeping it handy for when the stress of the day has me feeling a bit achy. Definitely a worthwhile buy.

I am a small framed woman. I bought this to provide lumbar support on the sofa. It did not work there because the sofa cushion is a little soft and the lumbar support did not fall in the right place. I was disappointed because I do like the heat and message features. However I was able to use it on my desk chair where it fits well and provides the support I need.

I just received this back pillow today. It is awesome. I'm 64 and I have lower back pain from 50 yrs. of working construction. I've tried different lumbar pillows and heating pads over the years. This has it all (vibration, heat and lumbar). I'm sitting here on my recliner and again it's awesome! As long as it lasts at least a year it's a winner.About 1 month later and I love this!

I've had this for a 5 weeks and the massage function now makes a horrible noise when on.

The Memory Foam feels very good, especially when sitting at my desk for many hours. The heat helps to relieve tension in my lower back. There is a gentle vibration to stimulate your circulation.
