I ordered this to help improve my posture made bad by sitting at my computer all day. I snugged the straps around the back of my office chair, and it works great in helping me maintain a straighter sitting position. I love it!

Sitting for long stretches started to affect my back, so I gave this pillow a try. It supports exactly the right part of my lower back and helps me sit straighter without even thinking about it. The memory foam is firm but still comfortable. The dual straps keep it in place without sliding. I use it every day at my desk and even bring it with me when I work from other locations. It is a simple change that made a big difference!

I have a lower rib that slips out of place at the spine, and causes so much discomfort I was having to stretch and move around every 30 minutes or so.My office chair has no lumbar support so I figured I might need some, and got this.It was a little awkward because my chairs seat is not so deep, and it pushed me forward and felt like I was going to slide off the chair. However, I kept using it and adjusted my position, and my back is feeling so much better.I am very happy with this and how well it works providing back support.I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs additional lumbar support

This is nice. The bands are stretchy and you can slide them to tighten, so it will fit a variety of chairs. The memory foam is very squishy, so it forms to your specific shape without being overly firm.My office chair is SO uncomfortable. Unfortunately, even this didn't help the chair. It does take up space on the back, which then shortens the leg portion. With the slick material on my chair, I ended up feeling like I was being dumped out of the chair. It worked a little better by placing this on the bottom portion of the chair to hold me in place. But then I didn't get the lumbar support I needed from this that the chair really lacks. Blah... I'm back to just needing to order a whole new chair. The product itself is nice, however, it's no guarantee this will fix your chair problems.

This pillow is really high quality. I was having a lot of back pain, I bought a new chair to no avail, but adding this gave me great pain relief, support for my back and functions perfectly. There are good elastic bands that buckle in back that make installation easy. It is on the softer side as far as firmness.

This lumbar support pillow had done wonders for my chair at work. Even though my desk chair is ergonomic, it still lacks the extra lumbar support I need since I tend to not sit all the way back in my chair & kind of perch forward. It expanded quickly to full size right out of the bag & it didn’t have much of a smell to it. If it did have a smell, it went away quickly. It has two adjustable straps to hold the pillow in place. There’s also small silicone dots on the bag to prevent the pillow from sliding around. I actually ended up flipping the pillow upside down because I have a long torso & it was more comfortable for me this way. The thickest part is slightly curved on the outer edges so it’s contoured & cradles my body, a little which I like. I love the size of it because it doesn’t just support the lumbar area, but for a good length of your entire back. Several people at my work ended up trying out my chair & asking where I got the pillow from.

Price is okay for the size and support power. As the foam is not that firm comparing to some other better/pricier ones, after long time (more than 8 hours of normal work time) sitting in front of it, some very minor pain/sourness can still occur. The upper side of it extends into two ends is definitely a way to save the material cost to keep the price low. To me, it's okay, but someone (much) taller than me (5'9") may feel uncomfortable. BTW, one of the photo (currently the second one, a lady w/ a computer desk and a laptop) is definitely "borrowed" from another (better) product as the side appearance of it is quite different from the one in the photo.
