I bought this reading pillow because I am an avid reader. I do most of my reading in bed and needed something to help with my neck and back pain from reading for long periods. I LOVE the color, and the softness of the material it’s velvety smooth and breathable. The pillow is firm and thick without being too hard. It’s great back and neck support not just for reading but just sitting up in bed. I use it to watch tv, play video games, work on my laptop in bed. It can be used for more than one function. I did have to stick it in the dryer on air only to fluff it up after unboxing it and it did just the trick. I love this pillow and the pockets it has I use them to store my book and reading glasses and bookmarks. I also use it for my tv remote. The two extra little pillows it comes with I use for extra knee and neck support and I also use them in some physical therapy exercises I do at home because they are the perfect size for the exercises I do. The only problem I had was with the buttons at the top of the pillow would often get caught in my hair and pull and yank very painful and super annoying. I just cut the buttons off and haven’t had to deal with that anymore, down side I can’t hook up my little pillow to the top anymore but that’s okay.

So first of it's big, takes up 2/3 of a queen size bed.After unpacking and allowing to rest it was very supporting.I found no use for the neck pillow thing, but your mileage may vary.The arm pocket is handy but I'd rather see one on both arms and ditch the one on the back.

Colour and pocket is nice, but doesn't fluff up like some other memory foam ones. Tried to put it into the dryer to add a bit of air, but still feels a bit sparse inside the pillow.

I bought this pillow to have a nice support for my back whilst reading or crafting. However, after four months it is still incredibly hard and lumpy. This makes the pillow quite uncomfortable to use as the form is not suitable for the shape of a human back. The arms of the pillow completely splay out from the center, meaning that I can't use them as arm rests, as they are too far out from my body. Perhaps the large is too big for me, but the smaller pillow would be too short for my height!The color is nice and the fabric is soft. The two smaller pillows that come with the pillow are useful and I can use them for lots of different things.

This item is exactly as described. It arrived and had to loosen up and I tossed mine in the dryer on just air for a few minutes. I left it my study for 48 hours and it it fluffed right up and looked exactly like the picture, no wrinkles and tight and smooth.. The color was a lovely green. It has lots of storage pockets, a carrying handle, drink holder on the end of the arm and the extra round pillow. It is large, heavy and firm. I brought it because mine wore out and needed to be replaced. I have back trouble so I thought this would do the trick for me but it made everything worse in my case. I think I should have brought something smaller. However I did not return it because it is lovely and well done. If you are a smaller size woman I would recommend something else. I would think it would be excellent for larger women or men. It had no smell. I am hoping I may be able to use it in the future. But I can not find fault with the bed rest. I say it is a five star.

I did rate 4 stars for "Softness", because it is sturdy and holds up well to a lot of moving it and use. It is a "soft-hard"? Sturdy, comfy, pillow. Soft to me is like those foam filled fluffy "kid toy" pillows you can buy that are lightweight and cushy. I mean, we can either have a softie that smooshes out pretty quickly with no support to it, or we can instead have a useful prop-up pillow that is soft enough to be comfy+hard enough to be supportive: We cannot have both in one item can we. So 4 stars because it isn't soft/whimpy, but that's a good thing. I needed support without any hassle or surprises, no lumps, no irritations, no maintenance, off the rack use. And that's what I got.This set arrived in great condition and with both the extra pillows with it, in a color as promised in the ad picture. This is sturdy, well-made, with handle up top (thank goodness), and has some weight to it. This is no lightweight toss-around throw pillow set. The two added pillows with it are toss-around, but the main pillow is, well, solid and will stay where it is placed until you want to move it. I love that it doesn't slide around easily.This set got me through multiple medical procedures where I had to spend some time propped up in bed. Helped offset back, shoulder, leg issues. Tough enough to not be too difficult to "move around the 2 extra pillows" while leaning on the main pillow. That helped.I continue to use all three every night. And every day I still use the 2 extra pillows separately in chairs to help offset shoulder, back, and leg issues I am working through.I am recalling that this came in separate "sizes". Noting that I "might" have done ok with the Medium, but will never know. I purchased the Adult size "Large", and it seems large and tough enough for a, well, up to a larger husband really. It is larger than I might have needed, but it works great so I am very happy. Worth a final mention to be sure you think about size before purchasing.This set is comfy while also being very supportive. I am happy with my purchase. Lo compré para un enfermo, pero no le gustó por estorboso. Es muy grande, si tienes mucho espacio, como una sala de yoga o una cama king size está bien, pero para espacios pequeños no es la mejor opción. El color es hermoso y el material es excelente.

It ships in a vacuum sealed container so as long as you don't mind waiting a couple days for it to expand you'll find it a nice compact backrest.
