The way it’s worded and the price was so disappointing. I received the paper inserts. Not impressed. And the price was ridiculous, dollar store product.

Picture is very deceiving. can barely fit in my hand. Not sure how they expect you to keep track of numbers when you can't even put them between the lines. Should be reported

I thought I was going to receive a whole new Classic Flip Open but instead only the inner A to Z cards were mailed. But it fit perfectly so I'll settle for that.....Mif

I ended up getting just the refills not the actual flip phonebook. I was disappointed paying $20 for that. The picture was misleading.

The flippages were fine for my address book.Other than the fact they didn't Fit. I should have measured before.I ordered, and I didn't bother to send them back.It was only ten dollars.

My mom left me a similar flip file that was a treasure trove of information and contacts. I then ordered one of these for my Ludite husband who LOVED it. That was two years ago....and it broke. This one replaces that one....HOPE IT LASTS LONGER!
