Great nonstick cake pans. Much better than the cheap non stick metal ones. Easy clean up.

Love this pan. The bread loaf comes right out and it is so easy to clean! The bread was cooked evenly, no hot spots or areas that ended up too brown.

I absolutely LOVE these pans. They are pretty, but more importantly, they have a good weight to them, they willl last forever. This is the first time in my life that I have had more than one 9 inch cake pan, so for the first time we were able to bake a German chocolate cake for my Mother's Day. I am so thankful that I ordered the perfect pans! Thank you, and God Bless.

Pros:Attractive Design: The aqua color is not only pretty but also makes this pan versatile enough to serve food directly from it, adding a pop of color to the table.Nonstick Surface: The ceramic nonstick coating makes it easy to remove baked goods or roasted items without sticking, and it’s free from harmful chemicals like PFAS and PFOA.Easy to Clean: I’ve had no issues with cleaning—whether I use the dishwasher or hand wash, it’s effortless. The nonstick surface ensures that even the most stubborn bits come off easily.Durable and High-Quality: Despite a few cosmetic scratches on the bottom after the first use, the pan itself is well-built and still looks great. The high sides are perfect for liquid-heavy dishes like casseroles, roasted vegetables, or even a whole chicken.Versatile and Spacious: The pan is large enough to fit a variety of dishes, like a roast chicken, vegetables, or even a focaccia. It's also great for cooking at higher temperatures (up to 425°F), making it ideal for a range of recipes.Affordable: For the price, the quality is excellent, making it a great addition to your kitchen without breaking the bank.Cons:Scratches Easily: The bottom of the pan shows cosmetic scratches after just a few uses, which might affect its long-term durability.Heat Limit: It’s important to remember that this pan is only oven safe up to 425°F. This isn’t a dealbreaker, but it's something to keep in mind if you're planning to use it for higher temperatures.Needs Conditioning: Some reviewers mentioned that it’s recommended to condition the pan with oil after washing, though I personally haven’t needed to do that.

I am quite impressed with these pans, particularly the ceramic coating, which facilitates effortless removal. I utilized the second pan as a lid while baking bread. Although the company offers a separate piece to lift the baked item, I believe it could also be employed to remove the second pan. It is unfortunate that the company does not provide an option to purchase this piece separately, as it would be a valuable asset when removing the lid (second pan). The color is a soft seafoam green, which is aesthetically pleasing.
