We have a large thermostat, so this just covers it. The number wheels don't spin easily. They either don't spin when you try to move them or they spin too far. So opening it is a pain. When you do open it, instead of having a hinge, the entire cover comes off and you have to line it up to put it back on and close it. If you are the type of person to set and forget your thermostat, this isn't much of a problem, but if you make frequent changes, this could get annoying. That said, there aren't a lot of options for combination lock boxes for thermostats with these dimensions, so you get what you get. It definitely keeps the kids out.

I always try and find products that are made in the USA, and was glad to find this was manufactured here in US! The product arrived ridiculously quick and was easy to set the combo. Didn't have any trouble installing it and came with everything I needed.
