1. Next software cannot do it all forcing you to google app. The bottom of the of the device has the sensor, it looks like it has plastic wrap on it, it does not. You only find out after you scratch it trying to remove it. It should either look the same or SAY SOMETHING. The remote sensors on the other had, work fine. Thus you can spoof any sensor to be the a thermostat.

I really love this product it has made my house so much more comfortable I would recommend this to anyone and if you have a big Victorian house like mine the temp sensors are the way to go
