They are not full size pickup sticks, which made it hard to play at the beginning of the game

I was looking forward to a group of kids using these at camp. But I find these sticks are too thin and short. They just don’t function well.I found thicker longer wood pickup sticks with 160 pieces for a couple dollars less. I wanted to like these but I think the kids won’t use them.
