If you’re a beginner, using blocks and straps can help you into positions safely and holding poses for longer while you develop your flexibility. They can help you maintain the appropriate posture if you can’t quite reach the floor. The blocks are 4"x6"x9" and be used on any side to flex to the height you need. The 8ft strap helps you to gently ease yourself into positions you can’t quite reach at the beginning, without straining or losing balance.
If you’re more advanced in your practice, blocks and straps can help to support with balance and to modify more difficult poses and help with maintaining your posture and alignment.
Easy to care for
Your blocks can be wiped down with just water, or soap and water. Simply dry off with a towel or leave to air dry. The strap is fully machine washable.

Blocks are good quality, size and density. Strap is also good. My only complaint is that the color is different than expected. I ordered grey and the bocks are more of a mushroom brown color. Not a problem for me.

There are the first yoga blocks I've ever purchased... I've been doing yoga off-and-on for years. Returning to a daily yoga routine after a 5 month hiatus... I realized that age does eventually catch up to you! :(These blocks have helped me get back into yoga without overextending/overexerting myself and allow me to safely stretch and expand into poses.My only complaint is more about the material: there is a bit of 'give' since they are made of high-density foam, so if you need something truly sturdy, I'd suggest going with cork blocks.. otherwise these are GREAT!

I bought these to help with my exercises, but I am honestly more impressed than I thought I would be. They were very well packaged and it was nice to have a slip in there talking about the company.After unpacking them, I was immediately impressed with the feel of them. They have a suede like feel to them that is borderline addictive. If texture were a drug, this one would be very potent. It has also lent to add some friction when they are placed on top of one another. If you get to that level in you exercises, this showed ease your mind about them slipping apart.They also send what feels like a belt, to secure them while in travel, or stowed away. I did however, find that this length of of strap to be a bit long for its intention. Whether this is to add more in the future, or for additional equipment while traveling, I do not know.I ended up removing a star for the weird lines found on the sides of the blocks, as shown in the pictures I uploaded. It doesn’t have any negative impact on its function, but i don’t think it was an intended design choice.Bottom line? If you’re in the market for some yoga blocks, these are an excellent choice at a good value. I hope this helps you on your journey to a better you!

These foam blocks are very light but also sturdy and firm..most foam blocks can be too squishy. Oh by the way, sometimes new block can smell...these do NOT! I know most people go with the Manuduka blocks. They are an amazon bestseller..but the clever yoga blocks are worth the extra dollar ot two. If you need good foam blocks , go for these.
