These really do make a difference. They are more comfortable than wood or hard plastic blocks, but I feel perfectly safe and comfortable that they'll support my 230 pounds while doing pushups and various poses.The design is really smart as it adds a lot of variation as to how they can be used and how they can assist your yoga, pilates, or just home exercises and stretching (e.g. pushups and toe-lifts while standing on them on their side).They're not as pretty as a lot of those much more expensive yoga doo-dads, but after my wife tried these, she started bringing them to her yoga class and leaving the "OM-symboled" very stylish blocks and other things at home. For me, I just care if they work better than the other things and in my case, they definitely do that.I do not hesitate to recommend these.

Decent, but the foam needs to be more stiff to take my weight without deforming. I am fairly heavy.

Loved the yoga block concept with the cutouts. Fit my small hands. I did return only because I had recent wrist surgery and needed a more supportive block to do my Occupational Therapy.

I do a lot of physical therapy exercises down on a yoga mat and many of the positions kill my sad wrists. I can only stay up on my fists for so long. These are the answer I've been looking for. I can go through all of my sets without stopping due to wrist fatigue.

I have arthritis in my lower thumb joints and have had surgery on both. I can't do traditional down dog, and must use these for that, and all similar poses. They are sturdy, stable, and comfortable. Light weight. The price was right in these, but would have liked another color option. Thanks for helping continue yoga practice!
