Super soft brush bristles my dog loves being brushed with this brush. A surprisingly soft brush that collects my hound dogs loose undercoat hair also. :)

I was looking for a soft bristled brush for my 30lb short haired Beagle. This brush is perfect! It’s very easy to use & especially hold. It has grips on the handle so my hand stays put & doesn’t slide or move while brushing. It’s a nice color green. My dog loves the brush as much as I do. Very happy with Safari’s dog brush & would definitely recommend!

Nice brush for my yellow lab. I use it as a finishing brush after I've used a shedding brush, it takes off those last loose hairs and smooths her coat nicely. Is easy to clean and easy to hold.

Bought this brush in conjunction with a slicker brush for my chocolate lab. He enjoyed being brushed by both! This brush has a very comfortable handle and was easy for me to use. Looking forward to using this brush daily to remove dust and grass from his coat as he loves to roll around. Hoping this helps a bit with removing allergens.

Decent brush.It does not brush off as much hair off of my dog as I had anticipated it would.He's a boxer-terrier-spaniel mix and has pretty spikey hair.The brush does not hurt him and he enjoys being groomed with it.

My wife and I have a very dainty 40lb short haired mutt. She's a total princess - just ask her and she'll tell you. I've seen this dog refuse to go to the bathroom for 3 days because it was pouring down rain. Seriously. She also *hates* being brushed and complains about it constantly.Until now.The Safari Bristle Brush has made our dainty "little" princess so happy that grooming time is tail wagging time! She sighs happily and gives us the "Labrador Lean" while we brush her.As for pulling up the loose hair? It's not bad! It's not great, but...considering she enjoys it and this encourages her to be brushed daily, it does reduce shedding over time. You won't pull a second dog off your pup the first time you use it, but over time you'll notice a higher shine in their coat (Princess puppy loves her new look) and you'll see a reduction in shed around the house.Some have complained about cleaning the brush after cleaning the pup - simple solution. Pick up a cheap barber's plastic pocket comb. Comb your brush and the fur comes out like magic. Makes grooming less of a chore.Hope this helps!

It gets the job done... Doesn't get all the loose fur but it gets a good amount. And the brush is the perfect size! I brush my 110 lb English Mastiff with it!

I bought this brush to remove shedding hairs from my hound's coat. It does not do the job at all. The bristles are wimpy, sparse and do little in the way of grooming. Don't waste your money. Spend a little more and get something that actually works.
