very nice little unit . no bell & whistles, just two temps. warm and very warm.. that's all you need; to set the temp, just swipe the glowing dot; if your cup is down a bit there might not be enough weight to turn it on, just press the cup down a little and you can feel it activates the microswitch.. there's a reset button on the bottom..

I only wanted an inexpensive gadget to warm my coffee in the morning. That was all. YET, this fantastic compact cup warmer is a technical marvel, it's been a long time since I purchased one of these gadgets, and this one has a very functional system for keeping coffee warm. First, it has an indicator light to show the surface is hot and has a high heat feature, then it has a keep warm feature. Each temp has a different color display to show its function. It even lights when you plug it in to the outlet indicating it has power. A bargain price for an outstanding little warmer that shipped very quickly. This old geezer is impressed. Thank you. Here's to warm coffee in the morning until it's finished.

Heats/cools just fine; however, the sensor button doesn’t work properly. I have to fold something and place it on the button in order for it to work properly.

This works ok. It definitely keeps your drink hot, very hot. It only activates when a device is on it so that's a good safety mode, but the on/off features are confusing and you have to keep it unplugged when you are not using it so that's not convenient when you are in an office setting running around. It gets the job done but it's not the most user-friendly.
