Good quality product. It gets nice and hot and keeps your beverage warm for long time. Suggest to start off on lowest setting as the highest setting does get quite hot.

The size is larger than I expected, but I’m happy with the product overall. The no-touch area gets quite hot, which is expected. I tried a couple of different cup sizes, and they all stayed nicely warm.

About 2 years ago, I got a different warmer (my first) for more than double the price. I loved it but ended up misplacing it. I didn’t want to spend too much yet again so I bought this, hoping I could count on all the positive reviews. I’m so happy to report the positive reviews are reliable. This warmer does everything my other did and is so much more cost effective. It’s also more lightweight as well as looking more sleek and attractive. I use the highest setting for my tea and water (yes, I like hot water when it’s cold outside) and it keeps everything nice and piping hot, while not burning off my tongue. Auto shutoff features are always helpful, though I tend to keep it unplugged when not in use.

Item works pretty well. But it was advertised to auto-shutoff. That does not seem to be working. Otherwise it keeps hot drinks warm. I don't have a clear way to evaluate the difference between the heat settings to know if they really make a difference.p.s. The auto-shutoff does work. The light stays on, and that confused me.

I wasn't expecting much as it was not expensive. But I plugged it in and my coffee was luke warm and it heated my coffee up to drinkable hot in just a few minutes. was very impressed. Will let my family know. I love it.

I have owned three other mug warmers, all of which cost much more than this one. The previous warmers have been disappointing. They didn't hold the settings, failed to keep the beverage sufficiently warm, or shut off unexpectedly. First impression of this one: It has two buttons to control it, no mysterious changes or shut-offs. I just turn it on, it keeps the beverage at the right temperature, and maintains the settings I select. At this point, I view this one as the best of the lot.

I bought this basically because it was among the cheapest coffee warmers I could find on Amazon, and I wasn't expecting much. But it's actually very nice. The brushed stainless and black plastic control panel is an attractive combination, and the hottest setting (180 degrees) does a good job keeping my tea hot. The temperature of the drink will drop at first, but by the time you're halfway though, the temp will start to rise again (mugs with flat bottoms work best, but I don't have any). The buttons are soft-touch, like on a phone, with no gaps in which to spill things. Two minor complaints: Because the temperature LED readout is recessed, it's hard to read at an angle, like it would be on a desk. And the "hot area" warning on the hot plate was slightly askew.

Unit temperature is extreamly hot regardless of settings.Unit is dangerous and unusable.Not worth the time to return. It's in the trash.

I love to read in bed on weekend mornings with a hot cup of coffee. I have had several mug warmers over the years that weren't so great. But,this one is the best! Keeps my coffee just as I like it. Easy to use, heat settings and timer all terrific!
