I bought this as a gift for my mother. And she loves it. My dad gets up earlier than her so now he is also using it. They have been using it for a couple of weeks but so far it meets all requirements. It's durable, perfect size, great heating element.

I love this coffee cup warmer. It’s easy to use. Though, I use it at my office to warm candles. It’s just enough heat to melt the wax. It turns on when I place the candle on it and turns off when I remove it.

I bough it for my husband and he just loves it.Update after three months of using it.It work great but he sets it on the end table to use it. When the coffee cup is empty you have to remember not to leave the cup on the warmer or it cannot be where you might accidentally set anything else on it.My husband fried our remote on it. Great warmer just needs putting where something like this never happens.

The idea is great but this product has one glaring problem, If you forget to take your cup off it will heat till it breaks. Thats what happened with my first one. I ordered another and that one set fire to a notebook that fell on it in the night. When I picked it up to check it, it shorted out in my hand. NO MAS. Pay a little more for one with some safety features.

This mug warmer is perfect for keeping coffee and tea warm while also being sleek and functional. I like the sleek glass top and the pressure-sensitive switch means that it will turn on and off when the mug is raised or lowered onto it-- as someone who has accidentally left one on, this is an excellent feature. One thing I will say is that it works best for mugs, so the disposable type of coffee cups that you get when you order coffee out are not the best because of the height of the cup and the placement of the switch.Overall, this is quite the upgrade to my previous warmer and at a great price point!

When I initially received it I was excited to try it out. I plugged it up and within a few minutes it started to warm up. I got a drink that was already hot and put it on it. It seemed to keep it pretty warm. However, after using it just a little while it started to smell like burnt wires. This still occurs at times. Despite this it did continue to work but if the drink is not hot it will not keep it warm. Also it's important to keep in mind if your cup is full it will be harder to keep warm. I noticed in a wider cup with coffee 1/3 or 1/4 full it would actually get hot. I did not send it back but I will if it continues to underperform.
