This was obviously geared toward outdoor workers, but I thought, what a wonderful thing this would be on hot days with hot flashes! I ordered it, without paying attention to any sizing. I am a plus size woman, and I was able to adjust it to fit around my torso. Keep in mind, the wider your torso, the smaller this will look, and seem.I still feel like it will benefit me on bad days, and days when I have to work outdoor events.My daughter modeled the vest just to show it off for me. Both the top and side straps are easily adjustable. The vest is overall built well. My daughter is very petite and it fit her appropriately.I took off one star as I think they could have easily made the straps a bit longer without causing issues. That, or make extended straps for larger people. I could fit into it, but I know some people who work in construction who wouldn’t be able to fit into this vest. Nonetheless, this is a great idea.

This vest actually works pretty well. It does a good job of cooling you off quickly, and it is pretty easy to clean. It is easy to store in the freezer, and we've used it several times without any problems. It feels durable enough to last for a while. No real major complaints, though I do feel like the price might be a little high. It would be an easier recommendation if you could catch it on sale.

Living in FL and working in the sun almost everyday. This ice vest was a game changer. I initially placed mine in a freezer to chill and then used an ice cooler. Both ways worked well and vest stays cold for about 2 hrs before needing to be rechilled. It’s made well and is comfortable to wear. I used mine under an outer shirt and it worked great. It’s a great value for your money and I definitely recommend purchasing

Excellent option for helping keep cool in the heat. It takes about 15-30 minutes to get the vest fully chilled in the freezer, and can last up to 2 hours depending on the conditions. It can also be chilled in an ice chest or fridge. It's slick, so it's nice and easy to clean. The straps can be easily adjusted to fit. Works as expected, though milage will vary. Would recommend.
