These are an awesome value…. This will let you add a D-tuna to any Floyd Rose equipped guitars and or let you use alternative tunings. It ads sustain to any of those type guitars also. It’s not permanent, so you can always adjust it back to full floating. I have found that it is a VERY helpful tool when you are adjusting intonation on full floating bridges … which is typically a pain in the neck.. I’m not a huge fan of tremolos that only go down… but it’s very cool to have drop D at the flick of a switch and then back to E in a second. This with a D-tuna … gives you one guitar that can do to tasks on stage !!! Flat LOVE that!!!! Highly recommend this !!!

I gave this a low rating because it was not as advertised. The bracket is slotted and not individual mounting holes as shown. This means it could eventually move. Also no locking nut or allen wrench was included. The locknut and wrench was not a big deal, but the slotted bracket was. Would not have ordered had I knew. It was a genuine Floyd Rose part though which was a plus so the quality is there, just not what I wanted. Not worth returning for $19.00. Will install and hope for the best.

I installed this in my PRS SE Custom 24. I don't use the tremolo. This effectively made the bridge like a stoptail. Works great. It's easy to install and adjust. Very effective.

The trem blocker I got wasn't the one shown in the picture. 1. It didn't come with a wrench. 2. It dosen't have a stopper nut. The reason I gave it a generous 3 stars is because the one that I got seems to be a better quality piece. A nice polished brass block and a nice chunky grub screw. Otherwise, I would have given it a 1 star.

I received this today. Fast shipping! However, it didn't come with the locking nut, or the Allen wrench. The holes are a slot and the screws won't set flush with the brass. I have red springs coming today, so I will update soon. The materials are clean and strong, so I'll give that a plus. Fortunately, I have family that owns a hardware shop in my small town, the nut was only $.43 and its a special machine thread, if that helps anyone

Very simple installation. Makes changing strings a breeze. No more worrying about tuning! I love this thing! Though I would recommend putting some gaff tape on the stopper and where it meets the bridge - the brass may make it resonate a bit too much. Couldn't recommend it enough! Especially if your looking for a bit more stability out of your floating bridge

This tremolo stopper was super easy to install and allows adjustability in setting the Floyd Rose on my guitar. I installed it on a 2020 EVH Wolfgang and it is perfect. I like how is is made using an Allen set screw with a nut to lock it in position. The two screws are countersunk into the plate for a clean look. Previously I was using a spacer clamped into place with a large paper binder and cut up fridge magnets to create the necessary spacing. But it was not perfect. Now, with this unit my Is easily made parallel to the guitar body throughout the full range of height adjustments on the bridge (see second photo). I was going to try to make my own but for the 17 or $18 that it cost to get it not to mention super fast shipping it is well worth the money.
