I have very poor balance. I can't walk in a straight line. A cane did not help. My physical therapist recommended trekking poles. I had no idea what to get. By sheer luck, I picked these. These are great! Totally adjustable for my height. Multiple attachments for the bottoms of the poles depending on the walking surface. No more crooked walking!

I liked these trekking poles. I chose these from several options - a convenient and firmly-fixing mount for fixing the length, pleasant-to-touch handles, a bunch of attachments for any occasion, lightweight, everything included as stated in the description. These trekking poles are very lightweight and built of good materials. They come in a really beautiful handy carrying bag with a shoulder strap along with two little clips to keep the poles attached to one another in the bag so they don't bang together. The flip locks are made out of aluminum and locks tightly. The adjustability means they will work for almost any height imaginable so they can be used by kids or adults.I highly recommend this product.
