Richard Hemming quilting needles are top-notch. However when I ordered the "large eye" needles as shown , and instead received the standard "round eye" needles, major disappointment sets in.Because of my reduced vision, I was thrilled to see Amazon could supply the needle style I needed. This is the second time I ordered the "large eye" style, and is the second time I received an unwanted alternate style.The item is too inexpensive (that's good!) to return. So I have no alternative but to search for a non-Amazon source. Sad.

These needles are made to English specifications and they are great. Other brands will say English Quality but if they do not say "made to English Specifications" they are not English Quality and will bend many times the first time I start to quilt. If you are looking for a great quality needle these needles When you are shopping for needles be sure you look on the back and see that" they are made to English Specifications"
