Trash. Was able to open it to reset the combination, followed instructions, but 1) the shaft would not push down (yes, it was positioned correctly with the notch), so I was unable to reset the combination at all. 2) it would not work even with the factory set combination (0000), the shackle wouldn't even close. I'll return and spend a bit more on a lock from another company.

All of a sudden this lock will not lock anymore! I 100% know what my pin is and whenever I try to lock it, it pops back out and will not lock! I use this as my gym locker and this has only been used 2 times until the third time when it decided to not work anymore.
