For years, my backyard was an ice-challenged zone. Barbecues were plagued by lukewarm beverages, and my margaritas wept watery tears of dilution. My thirst for a solution was… well, it was ice-cold.Then, like a shimmering mirage in the heat of my ice-less despair, the Coolski Commercial Ice Maker appeared. I'd always dreamed of having a professional-grade ice machine, a gleaming monument to frosty refreshment. So, I bit the bullet (a very small, ice-cold bullet, of course) and bought one.Let me tell you, this thing is a game-changer. I had my trusty plumber hook it up on my covered patio – bless his soul, he probably judged me slightly, but now he's getting invited to all the parties, thanks to the unlimited ice supply.The Coolski is a stainless steel beauty. Sleek, modern, and thankfully, easy on the eyes. I peeled off that protective film like I was unwrapping a Christmas present (it smelled slightly of hope and chilled beverages), and instantly felt like I'd upgraded my patio to a miniature commercial kitchen.Now, about the ice. Oh, the ice! This machine cranks out 100 pounds of it in 24 hours. Let me repeat that: ONE HUNDRED POUNDS. My freezer ice maker is currently hiding in shame. And the cubes are perfect – little 0.90.90.9 inch soldiers ready to chill any beverage you throw at them.The digital control panel is surprisingly intuitive. I can even adjust the ice cube size! It’s like having a personal ice sculptor, only instead of a chisel, I have a button. And if something goes wrong, the built-in diagnostic system will tell me what's up. Hopefully, the biggest problem I'll face is "too much ice... send help!"Fitting the Coolski under my patio counter was a breeze. It's compact enough to be unobtrusive, but impressive enough to be a conversation starter. Now, when guests arrive, they no longer ask, "Do you have enough ice?" They ask, "Is that a COMMERCIAL ICE MAKER? Are you accepting applications for best friend?"Honestly, I feel like I've finally achieved peak adulting. I'm no longer enslaved to the grocery store ice aisle. I am the Ice Lord of my patio, and the Coolski is my icy throne.In short: If you're tired of lukewarm drinks and the constant ice run, buy this machine. It's an investment in your sanity, your parties, and your overall happiness. Just be prepared to answer a lot of questions about where you got it, and maybe start selling ice to your neighbors.5 stars. Would buy again (even if I didn't need another one).

After fighting for years of never having enough ice for party's or holidays this finally solved the problem. Being commercial grade I was a little concerned about installing it in a residential kitchen but I will never go back. The size is perfect to fit under a cabinet and used as a false built in like a wine cooler ventilation is in the front so no worries. It is also well designed that standing alone in the open makes it fine too. Installing is really simple and it includes an inline filter so keep in mind that will need to be checked on periodically so it does need to be able to be accessed if building it in. This thing will hold a ton of ice and not running out during the last party was amazing. It is pretty simple to use and has an automatic cleaning function which makes it even easier to maintenance. The ice it makes it very strong and doesn't melt fast like some other ice makers out there. For the price of a commercial style ice maker this is really a value for what it is. Overall for the easy installing and never running out of ice again this ice maker is a great addition to the kitchen for holidays and party's.

I’m really impressed with this ice maker machine! It was delivered quickly and safely, and it works perfectly. One of the standout features is the ability to adjust the thickness of the ice, which is great for customizing it to our needs. This is definitely a fantastic choice for restaurant use.The only improvement I’d suggest is that the user manual could be clearer. We spent a little time figuring things out, but once we got the hang of it, everything worked smoothly. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our purchase and confident in its quality.
