It worked great for a year and one day just stopped working. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. I cleaned it like usual but can’t get it to stop saying add water. So unfortunate. It is decent but also very noisy so keep that in mind if you want to purchase.

Ice production is very slow so if you need it, start early. Noise level is medium. quality of ice is great.

This product is truly amazing!! It came 2 weeks faster than expected!! It was exactly what I wanted, the SONIC ICE. However, from the first time I used it, my ice machine leaked from the bottom. I thought it was something I was doing wrong so I tried to trouble shoot several things myself before reaching out to the seller -- I truly hate to return things. HOWEVER, I wish I would have contacted them sooner. Everything was so easy. I emailed them a video of what my machine was doing and 2 days later I got a full refund for my ice machine and I didn't have to mess with boxing the faulty one and getting it to the nearest UPS store. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF REORDING ANOTHER ONE FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give 6 stars I would -- BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY!! Job well done!! Thank you so much!!

This is perfect for anyone who wants Sonic ice without dropping a bundle for similar products. It fits perfectly on the countertop. It doesn't take up much more room than my Kitchen Aid Mixer (for a size comparison). I received it for my birthday, and it has been one of my favorite gifts EVER. I highly recommend this ice machine!
