Trying to get away from teflon coating. Bad for the me and bad for the environment. Great quality!

Sadly, these pans are not that firm!When I tried to air fry some Costco frozen sweet potato fries, the pan warped immediately once placed in the oven.I layered the fries on the pan evenly and frozen and no sooner than a few seconds or a minute, you can hear the metal warp and then see that it twists.I will try to perhaps heat up the pan while the oven is brought to temp and see if that makes a difference...For the price I paid this seems like a waste of money; bad quality and false advertising.Interestingly, when I let the pan cool off on the range top, it did unwarp back to it's "normal" appearance.I don't know if this is defective or really just cheaply made but marked up substantially and touted as "commercial grade".I'll provide an update the next time I make fries but heating the pan instead of having it at room temp.

These cookie sheets as you can see are very shiny restaurant quality cookie sheets. Very thick stainless steel and easy to clean. I love the fact that when they are heated up they do not warp like the thinner ones do. These cookie sheets are a pretty good size. Fits a lot of cookies.

If you are looking for serving platters, these are gorgeous and work perfectly. However, if like me, you bought them to actually bake on…keep shopping. About 5 min these will pop and warp and send your everything bagel seasoning flying all over inside your oven and make your crackers come out all wonky.

They tend to warp when cooking with 350 or over. Easy to clean.
