This is definitely not a "commercial" grade frying basket. The handle would probably come off as the cook is pulling it out of a pot of oil while it's holding a couple of cups of French fries. I didn't even want to test it in my kitchen. I found it overpriced for it's very inferior quality. The item was returned, refunded without any problem.

I went to carry HOT!!! fires from the fryer and the handle just came undone. Would not recommend please pass on this. I crushed and trashed the basket.
