We have only used this a couple of times, but we are very happy. Easy to operate and clean. The only downside I can see is that in order to reach the minimum liquid level it uses a lot of mix. Other than that, this will give you professional and restaurant quality drinks. If you are in the market, I would highly recommend this product.

We purchased this last year and used this machine many times now. Best purchase for those summer pool parties. Works like a champ, never had an issues, pretty easy to clean and keep me from playing bartender all day at our events. Great purchase and great product.
