Product worked just like it was supposed to. My parents were able to install it themselves with no problems and it works a lot better than the one they had previously bought from a restaurant supply store

We are volunteers in a convenience store located in a senior housing complex located in the Baltimore suburbs.The cash register we use is at least 7 years old and the tape was getting hard to see. We've been volunteeringhere for 3 years and never had to change the ink roller during this period. We looked for replacement ink rollersin various office supply stores and other sources of cash registers, without any luck. We even contacted a Sharpdistributor in Washington State, and we were quoted an extremely high price for the part. We finally went on lineand found the proper replacement part through Amazon at a considerably lower price than the distributor. Not onlywas the price right, but the delivery was expeditious without having to pay for express delivery. The roller was easyto replace, and thankfully printed out receipts for our resident-customers that they could easily read.Thanks for your exceptional service!Oh, and one last thing, although it is called a "Black Ink Roller", the ink was purple, which just happens to be the color of our favorite football team, the Super Bowl Champ, Baltimore Ravens.ink was

Have been using for almost 3 weeks and the ink works great. Much cheaper than the OEM, and prints out clearly. Will buy again next time.
