I have an old Genie Cryptar II garage door opener (1984). This new remote can be configured to use the 9 digit code. It took a bit of tinkering to figure out which dip switches to toggle to match, but it finally did work.

After 20+ of life, we wound up losing both of the remotes to our ancient Genie garage door. These remotes were super easy to pair with our old unit, which was still in great working order.

Awesome, Came with batteries which makes it a better deal in my opinion and super easy to program just take your old one and flip the switches to the same code yours has. My old one was also super bulky and this is a lot smaller, which I prefer.

This was a great find! I bought a Genie garage door opener for about $170 when our old garage door opener broke, had a guy install it for minimal cost but we needed an additional remote, so I found this on Amazon and received it overnight. It has worked perfectly since and it was a breeze to pair/sync with the garage door opener! Thanks, Amazon!

Purchased the 2 pack. 1 of the 2 was dead on arrival and did not function at all. The 2nd of 2 functioned but the battery connection point was loose, resulting in a constant rattle.
