Installation Tips:
1.If your pool wall doesn’t have an existing knockout for the skimmer, use a marker to trace the outline of the gasket’s inner edge on the exterior of the pool wall.
2.Cut the vinyl liner with a utility knife.
3.Install the gasket by inserting it into the cut edge. Ensure that the side with the 5 screw holes is on the top.
4.Use the gasket as a guide, follow the empty in the gasket to pierce or drill holes.
5.Align the faceplate to the gasket from the inside wall of the pool and align the skimmer body from the outside wall of the pool.
6.Screw the skimmer body and faceplate into the pool wall using the provided stainless steel screws.
7.Place the skimmer weir into place in front of the skimmer.
8.Install the skimmer basket and then close the lid.
9.Install the fittings and adaptors as needed. You can replace the stock return fitting with the included jet nozzle for better water circulation.
10.Check for leaks. Most often, you only need to tighten the screws to stop the leaks.

Like the design, compact! Basket wants to Float had to wait it down. But has a Very good Flow and was Easy to Install.

I was concerned when I ordered it that it might not fit however it fit perfect. I had no problem installing it and I loved the design of the gasket. I was especially Suprised that they included both the intake and outtake which made it a good value for the money. My only criticism is the instructions are a bit confusing but if I need it I would have no problem reordering it

The skimmer door last 2 weeks and tabs broke off.

The pipe threads are METRIC on both the skimmer and return bulkhead fitting. Had I known about this, I would have searched for a skimmer with NPT threads.Other than that, very easy to install,Works great. I installed this on a Intex pool. There was no skimmer.
