I worked for about an hour and a half trying to put this product together. The instructions were just pictures and when I was done and tried to put the drawers in, everything just fell apart. I couldn't even return it because things "snapped" into place and would not unsnap to repackage, so I literally threw it in the trash.

I don’t see how it can be fire proof; it’s just a metal file cabinet clamming to be fire proof. False advertising!

The instructions and video were tricky to follow. My drawers stuck and the to drawer broke within 48 hours of assembly. I also question the fire proofness as there is no bottom panel.

The written instructions for putting it together were terrible. Thankfully, they also provided a QR code that led to a video that was very helpful.
