The cup holder is great. The bag not so much...it doesn't close to hold things in and it doesn't hook on the arm very well.

Yes, this item is 5 stars for overall usage & application; however, I am giving it 4 stars because it is too expensive! The Hoveround company charges too much for this and they know Hoveround chair owners have no choice to pay the higher price because these accessories are needed. The bag is roomy, there are mesh pockets inside and on the outside of the bag and you have the ability to hang the bag with straps around the arm of the chair or you can permanently attach the bag to the underside of the chair's arm. The Cup Holder can hold a water bottle nicely and it is within your reach.

The Convenience Kit is exactly what I needed since I am Handicapped. It allows me to carry such items that I need from time to time without having to dig through my pants or shirt pockets for the proper item.As always I appreciate the Customer Service of Amazon.
