I thought this stainless steel cookie dough gun was going to be the answer but it wasn't. Specifically, the end where the disks go does not hold to the tube, which has a cheap plastic catch that does not tighten or stay in place as you press cookies from it. After no more than 2 cookies, the end is coming off completely. I am so disappointed with this junk. I'd say bottom line is if you don't recognize the name of the manufacturer, don't buy it.
