I had to order this phone the other phone that I wanted they was out of stock. Didn’t know when they’ll get it back. The screen is not that big. The numbers are not big and the phone feel like people is so super light. I don’t like that it’s too light and it don’t even seem real, like this at all, but I didn’t send it back because Amazon have counting you out when you send stuff back, but I do not like this phone at all so now I’m in search a whole another phone that was just wasted my money. I thought it wouldn’t come the way it did just call box is too small for me. The Burton are too small. I’m buying it for my aunt. She’s 90 years old. She wanted a big big call ID and big numbers and card but if you dropped his phone is broke so I even gave it to her. I still have it because it is dropped one time in pieces and it can stay in the bed with her and I know this fall out.

Phone will NOT fit standard USA wall mount lugs. You must drill holes in your wall and supply your own fasteners to use as a wall phone. returned mine.

with that being said in the setup mode it is very difficult to know what settings you are on in less you the book right in front of you for the abbreviation they use and yes it's nice to not have to have batteries or plug it in but it doesn't seem to have enough go to power and the display dims as a call or as you pick up and start dialing. sending back this coming week.

I bought this to replace a perfectly functional desk phone that lacked a few features this one has. The upgrade was well worth the price. Whatever you do, don't lose the programming instructions because nothing is intuitive and there are a lot of choices to be made. I do wish there was a less obnoxious ring tone available in the list, but at least I was able to turn the volume pretty far down.
