This commercial grade wall-mounted telephone with built-in hotline dialer is designed to auto dial a user programmable phone number (up to 25 digits long) when handset is picked up (off hook). The number 911 has been pre-programmed at the factory, but it can be easily changed if desired.
This phone is perfect for emergency applications such as elevators, courtesy lobbies, airport, schools, hospitals, and used by many banking institutions and others.

I have do everything I can to program this phone and every other day it needs to be reprogrammed again. It will ring and you only hear beeping on the other line, I will program it and the issue resolves itself for a day or two. I can't keep reprogramming a phone every other day. Wish I could return this.

The phone is cheaply made. There is no rj11 port on the back but instead just a wire hanging out from inside the phone. The word emergency is not printed on the phone but stuck on with stickers some of which were misaligned and would still move against the surface. For the price I recommend maybe a different phone.
