I have large collection of DeWalt 20v tools and purchased this leaf blower because it uses DeWalt 20v batteries and was less that 1/3 the price of a DeWalt branded unit. This unit is light and easy to maneuver and adjust, feels solid, and preformed very well in my initial testing. While it does not have the CFM oomph of my corded Toro unit, this cordless blower is great for smaller, quick jobs and I'll be using this 90% of the time now going forward.

The only way this blower reaches 130 MPH would be in the trunk of a very fast vehicle. It is totally capable of clearing leaves off of my walkway, but not small twigs, or anything larger. It's completely ineffective at cobwebs or any debris that snags in cracks. Keeping on the topic of beefs with this blower, at $79.99 it would be a fair deal if the performance was there, but as a neat toy made of thinner injection molded plastics, it's at least twice as expensive as I feel is it's true value. Okay, those are the gripes, so the reason for the 3 stars... It's reasonably well designed. It works flawlessly with Dewalt 20V MAX batteries. There are no functional issues and I do think it's quite easy to operate. The power head is small, so while there's no way this unit could ever deliver close to 130 MPH blasts of air (at least without a complex nozzle reduction rendering the blower into a tiny jet), the unit is quite light and very manageable making it useful for kids. Another thought I had when using it was that due to it's low weight, my 9AH battery offered enough counterbalance that the blower is more well balanced than any other blower I own. So, if you're just needing a way to quickly clear a walkway of light debris or blow sawdust into a pile in your shop, AND if you can snag it for a great price, go for it. Just don't expect a beast of a machine.

Happy with this purchase.We live in the French Quarter in New Orleans. We have a brick courtyard with an ever shedding magnolia tree so we need to sweep up daily. It’s not a large space. Maybe 15x30.While I generally use a broom, She wanted a light blower. We have some dewalt power tools, so we have a stack of 20v Max XR lithium ion batteries.At full force It consumes most of one 20v Max XR batteries in about 20 minutes which is about how long we need it to work.It blows out the court yard well enough. Not tornado force winds but enough to blow the leaves daily.This would not work in a midwestern lawn with lots of tree leaves, or even our courtyard if we were gone for two months. But for our needs this is perfect.Build is good / not great (brushes not brushless) and doesn’t feel incredibly sturdy … but it is not too heavy … light enough for her to enjoy using.

Recently found this brand and had good results with another product so easy to lean towards this. Runs on DeWalt batteries so plenty of them around. Like the design and the adjustable handle for different angles. Very lightweight and comfortable to hold and use.Honestly I was a bit hesitant as I generally use ICE for my yard equipment and have used battery powered before and was disappointed. I know the tech has changed but not enough for myself and the use I need. However, I needed a bellows for my outdoor fire pit and burn barrel and this fit the bill. Adjustable power, directional, easy to grab and use. I can see using it for quick tasks and fast cleanups (patio, walkways, garage, etc) but as my gas blower also doubles as a mulcher this would have a ways to go to be a replacement. It is, though, a worthy addition as it fits a specific need and for my need it is perfect.I would recommend it on performance, style, and value. Extra points that it comes with a color choice. I went with black.

With a fully charged battery only worked 15 minutes. Ok for a small patio or area but not a large one.
