First use, two fully charged batteries. Barely able to get 15 minutes of run time total. And have to wait 1 hour for a single battery to charge.Going to ask for a refund or replacement. Something isn’t correct. Amazon offered return outside 30 day window.Update: don’t follow the directions about charging 1 hour. the batteries take 3-5 hours for a complete charge. The red led on the charger will turn green when charging is complete. This significantly extends the run time of the machine. Still, personal opinion, nothing beats a corded machine in this instance.

Battery last a long time. Speeds are just right. Pads seem to last.Carry case is pretty flimsy and paper like but everyone has a bag around somewhere to replace it.I like the purchase
