Have used this alot the last few days. So nice and much easier than the lovers. But carefully with the shield with the holes in it it's fragile will come off and that's the only thing I was sad about. Love this item

After receiving the second pole saw due to problems with the first one, I was pleasantly surprised by the work it did both using the pole and by hand. It cuts through small branches very quickly and maintains excellent battery life.Removing and cleaning, and greasing the chain is easy. I find even on the pole is not hard to handle, and the weight light enough even when fully extended. It definitely seems like good quality and is built to last.Communication with the company worked out well. I pointed out a misprint in their original advertisement of the item and they were good about rectifying my concerns with the purchase. They were honest and made sure I and others will continue to be satisfied with their product.I believe that at this price point and how well it functions, this was a good purchase.

I got this Pole Saw just in time for Spring trimming, and it works fantastically! The telescopic pole extends to 9' and isn't awkward to hold even at maximum length. The chainsaw itself is rather light and can be switched to various angles for easy cutting. It comes with an extra chain and also tools to make it a breeze to change the chain if necessary. For a chainsaw, it is very quiet and can be used without the pole to trim shorter bushes and trees. The battery is quick to charge and lasts a good while, so you can plan to finish what you start! A handy tool for yardwork at a great price point!

This tool makes trimming high branches way easier. The pole extends far enough for most trees, and the angle adjustment helps reach weird spots. On its own, the chainsaw is lightweight but strong—cuts fast and clean. Battery life is solid; I finished a big job without swapping it out. No cords, no ladders, no problem. If you’ve got trees to tame, this thing definitely pulls its weight.
