This may be a good product but deserves this poor rating.- There is no company name or contact information on the box, the trimmer itself or the so-called " instruction" manual to contact for assistance.- The little manual itself is a joke...inadequate instructions, dark photos that obscure details, no information on which blades to use for what purposes. In addition, the video on the Amazon site shows absolutely nothing but a short clip cutting fine blades of grass, nothing more.Although I have bought hundreds of products on Amazon and have been very pleased with them, I don't believe Amazon should carry any product that bears no brand name and contact information. This is the second time it's happened, the first being a leaf blower. When it stopped working after a few months, the instruction booklet gave the name of someone with an email address. No surprise that I never received an answer and had to throw it away.I need help with this product!!

It seems to be sturdy enough since I just cut through 30'x10' swath of 4 foot tall switchgrass with it. I had to use some of the second battery because the first one started sounding like it was getting low, but it seems to last plenty long enough on what looks like a fairly small battery. Plenty of power I'd say since it also cut through some woody saplings and stuff which I wouldn't have thought it could handle. I got this because I didn't want to mess with string, even though it's got a smaller cutting diameter it's light weight and easy to use and I noticed it seemed to work better with a forward and back motion instead of side to side when cutting long stuff. That also helped keep long grass stems from wrapping around it. I like the different blades, I tried the nylon and the metal blades so far, and they both worked good. I definitely needed to use the metal blades for the switchgrass. Now that I got the jungle tackled, I think it won't have to work as hard to just do some regular lawn maintenance.

It’s light weight but flimsy and not very good quality. Disappointed in this product.

Minimal instructions. It advises you to watch video at a link to put blades on. Not happy about that. Who has time to go look up video. Just put it in writing.

Strong and powerful motor cordless convenience. It's a true lightweight cordless weed wacker and I used to to trim trees cut branches mow lawn edging tackle weeds problem. Everything works as it should. So far so good. Hope the motor will last.

So far I’m really liking this battery powered weed eater, we will see how well the batteries hold up originally I had a different brand and the battery was horrible, this one seems to hold a solid charge, easy assembly and light weight, good bit of power also!

These 2 batteries weed wacker just keep going!I easily do my whole yard on just one and it still has not even slow down. Watch out if not using the guard down with the plastic blades they will break off if you if you hit something hard, but they slice through all the grass and weeds. LOVE!!

Our lawn is so overgrown, I’m 59 years old also to use it easily. It’s lightweight and not too noisy. I love the different ways to use it, but so far I’ve only used it to cut weeds down and trim bushes by metal blades, amazingly effective. It also has extra spare parts which is also good.
