these are aluminum but these are not true 90 degrees...close ....but some are not perfect 90 deg. But that's the only reason to buy them...to clamp at 90 deg. I wouldn't buy these again.

Ich bin kein Freund von unser vs andere Produkt(e) Vergleiche. Hier hat es sich für mich aber ausgezahlt. Um 7 x 7 cm Kanthölzer auszurichten braucht man einfach mehr Stabilität und Spannweite. Ich war von der Verarbeitung und Stabilität positiv überrascht und kann diese Winkelspanner nur empfehlen.

Excellent product. Accurately square, both inside and outside. Full 13mm thickness, should be strong and stable. Knobs made with metal (brass) threaded inserts, not just plastic threads. L-shaped bolts appear to be fully stainless steel as specified, not just plated. 1/4”-20 bolts, I believe; two bolts for each clamp. No traces of rust or corrosion. Easy to use, not just to square up but also to hold parts in place. Handier than the square brackets that require multiple hands for separate, non-integral clamps. Especially appreciate the extra-long L-bolts, which will accept even the wide 3-1/2 inch face width of nominal 4” stock. Measurement scales accurate. 140mm (5-1/2”) each edge; could be cut shorter with hacksaw if and when needed. Relief hole on inside corners. Very good (reduced) price for set of four. Am ordering more.

I bought these to repair some drawer units. Much cheaper than buying sash clamps and they ensure nice square joints. Very well made and so easy to use. Every home should have some!

The red color advertised was more pink/ fuchsia in color. 10 flaws in the finish, with notable touch up paint used. Several edges containing burrs affecting squareness of the brackets. If they were square I'd overlook the color, but I'm repacking these for return.
