This is the second time on this product and it has same exact defects as the first that I received last week that I sent back. Control panel is not totally snapped on and hangs, a ding on frame as you open door, and unit turns on automatically when closed and doesn’t turn off. Wondering if a third time should be a charm with this. The manufacturer pointed the finger to Amazon and said that everything was good before it was shipped out. SMH!!! This is weird because all the reviews show good stars.

This unit works great and looks great also. Customer service was surprisingly good for some basic questions after purchase. I would buy Cosmo product again for sure.

The Cosmo microwave was easy to install and looks like it was installed professionally. It works very well and I was able to cook food in the microwave with no issues. The time was easy to set and the popcorn button worked without issue as my wife was able to make a bag of popcorn without burning it. A good choice!

This Microwave almost burnt my house down. I am lucky I noticed the flickering coming from behind it.Only 2 years old, not a much use.Manufacturer told me only one year warranty and go kick rocks, BUT I could pay a tech to fix , PLUS shipping, parts and labor. lolI will never buy from them again!

I like it but it has a dent in the front of the door . they sent me a new one it is perfectFollow up; they have replaced it I sent the old one back . They were great to deal with.Thankyou
