A complete wheel assembly balanced with Counteract Balancing Beads will run with reduced rolling resistance. This reduction in rolling resistance means that less energy is used to move the vehicle down the road, thereby improving the vehicle’s fuel economy.

I don't know why some reviewers say these do not work. I think maybe they either used too many or not enough beads in their application. I have used these in big all terrain tires and smaller all terrain tires and they work great! I'd recommend these to anyone looking for an alternative to weights.

Got these for my second set of tires. First set proved these are a game changer for sure! Took a few miles for them to "smooth" out the inside of the tire but then always kept all 4 tires perfectly balanced their entire life while never requiring a rebalance because of some stupid weight fell off. Will absolutely be putting these in every tire I ever own going forward. Cant say if it really has fuel saving effect, maybe compared to an unbalanced tire that wobbles allover certainly. Use their chart of how much based on type and size of tire. Worked perfectly for 35" MT and 37" hybrid MT/AT at the AT amount.

I had never tried beads before and have a Ram 2500 Power Wagon with 37x12.50s on 17s on it so stick on weights are a bit tough to fit between the wheel and caliper, so opted to give these a try. I’d say it’s 90% as good as a well externally weighted setup. Occasionally some minor vibration in the steering and works itself out quickly. Easy to install when mounting tires, and inexpensive. I’d use them again.

Replaced the 6 tires on our 2004 Fleetwood Southwind RV with new Michelins. I removed, dismounted and remounted the tires myself the "old fashion" way, as I've been doing for ages since back on our family farm. Doing it myself really saves big bucks these days -- with what they want to do RV tires! Just returned from a 5,125+ mile trip from Ohio to Washington to Utah and home with all kinds of roads - country, state and interstate Midwest plains, Rockies, West Coast and back, with 80 mph speed limit in much of the West. A lot of 40-60 mph crosswinds and winter driving conditions; but an absolute delight tire-wise -- absolutely no tire issues whatsoever -- perfect balance whether 25 mph or 80mph, rough roads or smooth-as-glass. I carry always carry at least a couple of extra packs of Counteract Beads just in case we have any tire damage and need to repair/replace any tires. I'm also going to be using them in the rest of our vehicle fleet as they come up for tire replacement, especially those with allow rims -- no worry of stick-on weights coming off!
