I love this warming/proofing mat! I put it to a few tests and timed my starter and dough rise along with taking its temperature. This mat did an excellent job each time! I was able to feed a ratio of 1:10:10 starter to flour and water, and then cranked the mat up to 87 and boom, 6 hours later as expected, it cut my rise time in half. Loving it to control the temp of my starter and dough, not to mention it was absolutely within my budget as a home micro baker. I can’t wait to see more products from this company!

I would recommend this mat to every one. I tried out a lot of other mats but this is the only one to keep true to temperature. The quality is excellent! Not cheaply made like the others! I highly recommend this bundle and would buy again.
